FINAL BLOG --INTRODUCE MY HOMELAND --CHINA

This is my final blog ,i hope you can know more about China .

China,It stands in Asia and lies on the west coast of the ocean. China covers 9,600,000square kilometers. People of about 1.3billion live and work together on the land.56 nations make up the whole population of China.

As you know, China has a long history of 5000 years, which turns out rich culture and special style. It’s said that every corner of Chinese ancient history was filled with varieties of prominent art works. All this influences people here by giving them a lot of feelings, experiences, images and ideas about life. But China also had a troubled past since 1840. She saw a lot: Xinghai Revolution against feudal dynasty in 1911,the anti—Japanese war during 1937—1945, the civil war broken out in 1946.Most big events brought pains, poverty to Chinese people, but they never gave in . Oppositely, people learnt not to weep when faced the hardship. They were taught to be strong enough to solve each problem. It’s the troubled time that create the valuable character for Chinese people. Finally they were succeed in rebuilding and developing the motherland.

China was founded as an independent country named People’s Republic of China in 1949 .  After that, it began to its door to the world and built bridges of friendship with many other countries. Since then, China set its steps of fast development on all the sides, especially in the field of science and technology. We can say that new Chinese history is filled with great achievements. To exploring space, the CSA has developed the highly successful Long March rocket series. At present the scientists are preparing for the nation’s first manned space flight flying to the moon. In the field of genetic research, China also plays an important role. In 2000,our scientists have announced that they completed the their part of the international human genome project.

Up to now, China has all the way received more and more attentions from the whole world. She is showing its great changes to the world and becomes active on the big stage of the world. Surely she’ll have a better future.

Barriers I had when i just came America

Culture is different between American and Asian. As a intenational here ,i faced a lot problem.Like i have struggled with lots of communication problems. Our vallues and perceptions always judge different behaviors as wrong.

For example ,once my Vietmanese classmates came to my home and  they just walked into my kitchen and opened the refrigerator to check what insider was,and later started ti check cabinets. To me,this is very rude.I never do like this.I still have no idea why they did this. But one of my friends told me that is action happends normally in Vitnam because their parents told them to do if they visit other's house. They check your kitchen in order to know whether you cook or not and know your life style. Most importantly cooing every meal is a basic necessity for Vietmanese daily life.

Moreover i have high anxiety whenever i have a conversation with Americans.I do not know how i should react to American customs or attitudes.Ofentimes i feel helpless, hopeless and tired after analyzing messages for a whole day.I often cannot keep the conversation going and I just pretend that I understand and give smiles instead.

After one year study ,i feel much better ,less and less barriers in my  daily life.

American education V.S. Asian education

Have you ever heard a lot Americans go to China Japan or other Asian countries to study recently? Although as an international student here, I still do not know does American education is far away than other countries’. I am a person who educated in Asian countries and China but I still do not which is better than the other. Like the things in the world, it is hard to say which one is definitely white or black because a lot of is none of them which is grey. A lot people consider that American education is far away better than others because  american education allow students free to think and provide students opportunities to develop their creativity .
Last semester i read a article ,said a author who was born and educated in Indonesia he had to memorize all the major cities in the world but his son who grew up in American at the same age already knew use creativity to draw a map from his house to school. He also said when he was eighteen year old, he had to memorize Hamlet’s “To be or not to be” clearly but his son was allowed to write a creative love letter to Juliet. It is true Asian education focus more about the memorzing.

But does it necessary? Definitely!!!

When I was in China, the teacher required us to recite the formula of the mathematics. At that time, I really did not know the reason and it was unwilling for me to do that. I thought it is not necessary to do that because we can look up them in the textbook. Since I came to American, I found I have a huge advantage of memorizing. When I took the mathematics classes here, I realized that I can calculate the result much faster than my classmates who grow up by the American education. Once when American students use the book to find the formula and then use the calculator to count the results of the second part of test sheet, I already finish the whole test. At that time because of the huge amount of the test questions, a lot American could not finish all of them on time, some of them because the time was so limited ,they failed that test. But it is piece of cake for me to do that because I already memorized all of them when I was in China. Do you still think memorizing is not important and spend time to memorize is not worth?

It is hard to say which countries education is better. Each of them has advantage and disandvantage. What we should do to learn the advantage and improve our own disadvantage.

Our Final ---the POP SHOW

When the other classes have final coming next week .Our Asian American class already finish our final two week ago and we really did a great job in our final--the POP SHOW, I even can not believe we already made it .

Suprised ,we did a great job on the show even the time is limited and something did not do as well as we expect which is not that perfect. But what we should know is nothing is perfect in the world and the main point is everyone in the class already try our best.

Be honest before the show I really worried I really lose confidence about the show because the time is so limited(since we knew the what should we do on the Pop show, only have two weeks left)and one week before the final is the Thanksgiving break, everyone had their own vacation , our group although tried to find a time when everyone can make it to come together to practice, but it was impossible to do that. Had no choise ,the only thing we can do was we share our idea in the facebook and everyone practiced at home by ourselves. I  am a person who gona act as a bad driver and i borrow a cover of steering wheel from my friend and try to use that to show that i am a bad driver and i am a person who drive on the road gona be dangerous . Actually this was my first time to do the show in American, I kind of scare if i did not do well gona infulence our group. Then i asked some of friends ,and perform to them ,after i got several feedback ,i already know how to do it well.

From this Pop show ,i learned a lot. Nothing is impossible. It is similar like when we face some difficulty problem ,now matter how difficulty it is you can not give up at the first time. What you should do is you should believe nothing is impossible. If you can try your best ,definitly you can make it at the end.

Pop show ending means our Asian American class will ending soon. Overall this is the first class i never took before in my life and this is a class let me know how important groupwork is. At the begining of the semester i am not used to this class which is totally different from other class . Pro Irene did not require too much ,she give a lot freedom to students and make students become more creativity. This is the class will never happen in China. When i was in China ,i agree with others higher standards can makes education better. So school make the test much more harder ,and student including me just focus on stuffing knowlede to our mind in order to get as high grade as we can .Since i came to American ,i feel the education like that already lost the meaning of the true education.Students should have more freedom and more creativity.

Thanks Pro Irene ,thanks T.A ,thanks all the classmates ,i really learn a lot in the class and i really enjoy it .

Family Expectation good or bad?

One major Asian American stereotype is that the parents of Asian American children are extremely strict. With conversing and researching how this stereotype came about with my class, we realized that it is because Asian culture always stresses honor, whether it be for your family or for yourself. They also automatically have an expectance of their child that they will become successful and hardworking. And anything short of that is considered a failure. Some might think that is fine, others dont. However, the argument becomes real when the children commit suicide because of the high expectation from their parents. This was a discussion posted on the internet a couple years ago......

It’s a tragedy: suicides of Asian-American students at Cornell, MIT, UC Berkeley, Cal Tech, and other universities.

Last year, psychologists at UC Davis released research findings that family conflict is a major risk factor for suicide in Asian Americans. An August 19, 2008 Time Magazine article titled, “A Family Suicide Risk in U.S. Asians?” contained the following excerpt:

“Among students…the problem may have to do with family expectations. ‘Although we don’t have good statistics yet, we believe that many Asian American students are prone to feeling depressed over a lack of achievement,’ says [Stanley Sue, a professor of psychology and Asian American studies at UC Davis]. Getting Bs instead of As on a report card may not seem like a great sin to most students, Sue says. But in a culture and family structure where sacrifice by an older generation for the advancement—and education—of its children is a deep-seated tenet, feelings of shame for ‘failing’ can become unbearable, Sue says, noting that this pattern is most evident in families with immigrant parents and among foreign students sent to study at universities by their families.”

POP

To add on to what Brandon's blog said, I agree because we were the smoothest group. Our presentation was on point and we didnt need emcees to indicate what was next on our list. However, pop was really fun and I had no idea things like that go down here at SF State. I have been to a couple events at Jack Adams Hall and they were nothing like POP!! There were funny moments, serious moments, emotional moments and even akward moments. Even if Im not in ETHS 210 next year I will definitley come back and see the new classes. But I bet they cant top our class, especially the dance group. That was the group I was in. I did my thang as well the other members and we really put on a show. Pop! til next time keep it heemin

POP

Pop was really fun.  I was part of the movie crew.  So basically my job was just to be an extra in the movie and play one of the roommates who was watching football on television.  During POP, I sat next to timmon and we talked and watched the performance of our class as well as the other classes.  As for experience, I learned how to manage with what we had.  I learned how to manage my time so that I could go film my parts and to not be late of ditch class.  I thought the dance crew’s performance was the best.  I didn’t think that so many in our class were good dancers.  It took me by surprise.  I was kind of sad about the shadow puppets, because someone had to stand in the middle and hold the white sheet up so it drew everybody’s attention away from the real show.  The other classes were pretty nice, but like Irene said, they were really boring and it was like a talk show, that one guy didn’t even have any good jokes and I knew most of them.  Overall, I think we worked really hard and that our class did the best because nobody expected us to do what we did so we had a wow factor.

chinese food?

This so called Chinese food from panda express.  I have only eaten from panda express once in my life and I thought that it was really nasty.  I ordered the orange chicken I think?  Anyways it tasted nothing like the genuine thing.  It tasted so watered down.  I cant believe that people acting pass that off as Chinese food.  People actually like this kind of food.  My roommate tells me he loves panda express.  So then I gave him some real Chinese food that my dad brought me when he visited and my roommate could not stop eating it.  Guess that’s what happens when you never tried real Chinese food.  This must be why so many people think that Chinese food is greasy and gross.  If you want some real Chinese food, go to a place where the menu has English and Chinese words on it.

So I have a couple of friends that love watching Korean dramas.  At first, they kept telling me how good these dramas were.  My excuse for not watching them was that I used to watch dramas with my grandparents and it always made me sad to watch it, because dramas were too dramatic ha-ha.  Well that was two years ago. But recently I heard this song called hallelujah by Big Bang.  I really liked the song so I told my friend about it and he told me that they sing it for a drama and that T.O.P is in the drama call IRIS.  So being curious at how the song fit with the drama, I decided I would watch the pilot.  Instantly I was hooked.  It was one of the best dramas of 2009 so that’s probably why.  This made me seriously reconsider what I said about dramas. I didn’t finish yet because I’ve been busy but this drama has it all, guns, romance, explosions, and moments where I needed a tissue.

chinese food

When I was young, my grandparents always took me to go to restaurants with them to eat lunch.  We always went to Chinese restaurants, so I always wondered, how come we never went to McDonald’s or something like that.  Now I don’t even like McDonald’s and I like to eat dim sum, but I always wondered what it was.  My grandparents told me it was better not for me to know what was in it because I probably wouldn’t eat it anymore.  I learned that one of the dish that my grandparents eat was something gross and decided I would never eat that.  I thought that asian food was gross and used animals that nobody else would eat like monkeys or dogs.  After talking to my roommate, I discovered that Asians aren’t the only people to eat stuff like that.  Every culture has its own kind of food and they may seem gross to others, but its normal for them, so don’t bag on people just because they are different.

The Difference Between Chinese and Japanese culture.

The peoples likely had the same origins (as they have the same body structure and facial structures) but their history is very different.

Japanese food was very much centered around fishing and foods that could be grown in small areas (such as rise) where as Chinese food was more varied in its meats selection (as china had a lot more land).

Culturally, they were similar in that both were an honor-based patriarchial society (likely because they influenced each other). They warred a lot against each other. The Japanese were almost always the aggressors as they would come to China looking for resources and the Chinese would repel them. I assume that the Chinese also sailed to Japan for military purposes but they are known more for piracy than anything else.

Due to geography, the Chinese were introduced to Western culture first (due to overland routes) and therefore had more british influence than the Japanese did. As well, the Japanese had more American influence than the Chinese did for the same reason. Perhaps that is why the Japanese seemed to take to the Industrial Revolution of the 1800's more quickly than the Chinese. At any rate, by the 1940's, the Japanese had a sizeable naval presence and the Chinese didn't.

Before Yao and Jeremy Lin there was Wataru Misaka

Wataru "Wat" Misaka (Japanese: 三阪 亙 Misaka Wataru) (born December 21, 1923) is a retired American basketball player. He was the first player of Asian descent and the first non-Caucasian person to play in the National Basketball Association(then known as the Basketball Association of America). Misaka, a Nisei Japanese American, was born in Ogden, Utah. Playing for the University of Utah, he led his school to the 1944 NCAA and 1947 NIT championships. Misaka took off two years between these titles to serve in the U.S. Army. A 5'7" point guard, he was selected by the New York Knicks in the 1947 BAA Draft. During the 1947–1948 season, he played in three games and scored seven points before he was cut from the team. Misaka was inducted into the Utah Sports Hall of Fame in 1999.

Is Panda Express real Chinese food?

Every now and again I treat myself to Panda Express. Its ok but its nothing like the real, hot and fresh Chinese that I have to order and wait for it to be cook. Its always worth the wait though. I think that Panda Express could be offensive to Asians because the truth is, its fake. It may be convenient and quick but just as I stated before it will NEVER be like the real thing. Just as I feel Latinos and/or Mexicans may be offended by Taco Bell. These restaurants are Americanized and watered down. However, I never really hear the Asians complain about Panda and I never hear Latinos complain about Taco Bell. Go to fullsize imageTil next time keep it Heemin.

thanksgiving =]

My thanksgiving was pretty awesome.  It started out with all my family coming over.  I started talking to my cousins about scary movies and they told me they never watched Paranormal Activity and I was kind of surprised, so seeing as I had the movie, I asked them if they wanted to watch the movie.  They do, so then I thought wit a grin on my face, hahahahahaha this is gonna be fun.  So the whole time the movie was playing, I turned off the lights and closed all the doors.  Then, trying to scare them,  I would grab their shoulders when the scary part played, but it didn’t really work.  In the end, they thought the movie wasn’t scary at all, rather it was boring.  So after that, we were called to the dinner table because we were about to start eating.  We ate curry chicken =].  In iron chef, I may have made it pretty good, but when my mom makes it, there are no leftovers.  We also had some turkey and some chow mein.   I always love hanging with my family and after being away for about three months, I was elated to find out that we were all going to hang out the next day and watch Harry Potter.

My Asian American Studies Experience

When I first entered the class, I was nervous because I noticed how full it was and i didnt think I was going to crash it. But Ms. Irene allowed the students to accept me or reject me. I had no idea how accepting Asian Americans can be. Since Ive been in that class I have learned so much about them and their culture. It amazes me how much they had to go through and accomplish since coming to America. Every class was exciting and unforggetable and the Midterm and Final was an incredible experience. I am grateful that they accepted me but I will forever cherish my experience in Asian American Studies at SFSU. Til next time keep it heemin.

Asian American Mayor of Oakland

As I walk through the streets of Oaklandd I see many faces pass me by. In my eyes, Oakland is one big tossed salad with a variety of cultures and different ways ofliving. What's good is that the citizens of Oakland are overall excepting of every culture. In the mayoral elections of 2010, candidates of many different cultures came into the race. After much deliberation, the city declared Jean Quan, who is Asian American, the new mayor of Oakland. She now represents the city of Oakland. Jean Quan (61), was elected the first woman mayor of Oakland, California, a city of more than 446,000. When she takes office on January 3, 2011, Quan will be the first Asian American woman Mayor of a major US City.  Go to fullsize imagetil next time keep it heemin.

Food as i see here

Food as i see,in general Americans love Chinese food. Chinese and Italian food are probably the two most popular types of food in the US. However, most of the Chinese food you will find in US restaurants is "Americanized." You probably won't find things like stomach or intestines on the menu. Also, pork is not so popular in the US. Beef and chicken are much more popular in the US than pork. So don't be surprised if many Americans you meet don't like pork.

One food stereotype that I have encountered among Chinese (and everyone else outside the US) is that all Americans eat McDonald's. I don't have any friends who like McDonald's. I hate it. Everyone I know hates it. I think McDonald's is probably more popular in other countries than it is here in the US. Of course, it is popular to some degree; but it tends to be more popular among certain segments of society than others.

Will Christmas Replace the Spring Festival in China?

Christmas arouses increasing attention year by yerar in China. Christamas cards become more popular with students. People hold Christmas parties and exchange Chrismas gifts. A lot TV and radio programs about Christmas are present in China. Meanwhile the Spring Festival is less appealing to the youungsters. Thus some people wonder whether Christmas will replace the Spring Festival in the future or not.

These two reason can tell you why the Christmas won't replace the Spring Festival in China. 1st reason, Christmas only affects Christians, college students and joint veture workers. Some of the old generation even do not know what Christmas is.2nd reaon is that Christmas is mostly celebratesd in citites. Few people in the countryside show extreme interest in this exotic festival. By contrst, the Spring Festival is the most influential traditional festival in every Chinese family.

I think it is natural with increasing exchanges with the West, a lot of Western holidays have been gradually introduced into China. For us Chinese , we should never neflect or even discard our own traditional festival. For centuries Chinese have observed this traditional holiday to welcome the beigning of a new year. And we will treasure the Spring Festival forever.

By the way the Christmas is coming .MERRY CHRISTMAS !!!

Should college students do part-time jobs?

In American it is common for teenagers to take part-time jobs while they are still in high school, while in other societies this is virtually unheard of. In the latter situation, students are expected to spend all of their time on their studies and consider schoolwork their "job". But in China not too may sudents have a part time jobs. While it is true that a student's most important goal must be to learn and to do well at our studies, it does not need to be the only goal. In fact, a life which consists of only study is not balanced and may cause the student to miss out on other valuable learning experiences. In addition to bringing more balance to a student's life, part-time work can broaden his range of experience. We will have the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life and will be faced with a wider variety of problems to solve. Furthermore, work helps a student to develop greater independence, and earning his own pocket money can teach us how to handle our finances. Finally, a part-time job can help a student to develop a greater sense of responsibility, both for his own work and for that of the team he works with.
In my opinion, students benefit more from a more balanced lifestyle, which may include working at a part-time job. Therefore, I believe that it is a good idea for students to work while studying.

For all of these reasons, I firmly believe that most students would benefit from taking a part-time job while they are in high school. Of course, we must be careful not to let it take up too much of their time because study is still their primary responsibility. In sum, living a balanced life is the best way to be successful.

Immigration

American is  country have a huge population who are immigration.Today i want talk something about the Immigration people.

First, immigrants make contribution to the country's economic growth. Many immigrants are manual labour workers in the construction industries, catering and domestic services,They can take the job that most citizens in the host country do not want to.Besides,as the world is in an economic recession, many companies want to keep down labour costs, the immigrants can be uesd as cheap labour. In addition, some immigrants are highly skilled in some special fields. But their wages are not so high as the technicians in the host country. So they contribute to a lower price and additional profits for the company.

Second, immigration brings an exchange of culture. It includes knowledge, values and experience's exchange and gives an opportunity for people from different backgrounds to get together and share their opinions with each other

Of course, immigration also brings some problems to the host country. For example, overcrowding is a serious problem which brought by immigrants. Many citizens complain about the traffic jams and crowd shopping malls; There also seem to be a communication gap between the natives and immigrants;Critics claim that immigrants take on jobs which should be given to the original natives; Some people relate the increased rate of crime to immigrants.

Throughout the history, immigrants have contributed to making many countries more thriving and vigorous.I believe that through a well-designed system and the cooperation between countries ,the immigrants would have a bright future.

homeward bound

So during thanksgiving holiday, I went on my first flight bound for my home, Los Angeles.  It was on the virgin america airline.  So first I went on the m 28 to get to the BART station to get to the airport.  I made sure I got there extra early so I could make sure everything was in order. So when I get there, I found out that my flight was going to be delayed -.- about an hour late.  So, I while I was waiting, I went to get eat at this bar.  Everything was expensive and since I was expecting in-n-out when I landed, I decided to get some $8 French fries thinking “this better be worth it” and it was!!!
So after eating,  I decided to wait where my plane was going to be boarding in about an hour.  While waiting, I decided to watch the Blind Side, seeing as I had it on my computer.  Shortly after, the plane started boarding and I got the window seat ^_^.  I was afraid for the take off but my friend told me that it wasn’t scary.  Soon I realized that it wasn’t because the plane took forever to take off.  While on the plane I turned on the tv and watched Wizards of Waverly place.  Then, after an hour, my plane landed in the city of angels =]
So there’s this one guy from the Golden State Warriors that everybody in our class should know about.  If even my dad knows his name, he must be special.  He is the hometown hero and graduated from Harvard.  His name is Jeremy Lin and he is a six foot 3 inch point guard.  To be a point guard you must be smart, and Lin must definitely be smart if he attended Harvard.  He didn’t make it to Harvard on any athletic scholarship, he was extremely smart so they accepted him.  Lin was not given any athletic scholarships though having been named to the high school first team all state and was the North Cal central division II player of the year.  It was suggested that racial profiling was the reason he was not given any athletic scholarships.  The Lakers offered him a scholarship where he would probably have blossomed to become a great player, but nooooooooooooo, he chose to become the hometown hero and go to the Warriors.  Anyways, in Lin’s first game, he scored seven points, three rebounds, and had two assists in 11 mins.   Hopefully, he pulls a “lebron” and leaves the Warriors for the Lakers.

POP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

POP!!!

YES on monday November 29, 2010 we had our final!!
this is a performing  we had fun and had a great time during the show^^
I was in the Shadow Puppets performing group we had rehearsal the show and everyone know what they were perform.  we have four groups and this four groups are.....
hair cut, bad driver, smart, and nail salon. this four groups are gruop in "ASIAN"

Each one of us are in one or two groups. for me i was in two groups one is smart group and other group is the nail salon. this two groups are showing representative of "ASIAN" because they always things every ASIAN are very smart and work at nail salon just because they are "ASIAN" but this is not always true because some people are smart but they are not Asian or they work at nail salon but not Asian. people always group us in this groups because we are the asian and believed that every asian are same POSITION but they are WRONG!!! not every ASIAN will all be the hair cuter, bad driver, smart, or nail salon!!! however  you can see some Americans are in this four groups but why no people are saying about it?! how come only ASIAN are in this four groups and people are always talking about it? this is not FAIR to us!!! everyone are the same.

I had fun during the POP because this class let me learn a lot!! before I scar going up and perform infrount everyone but now I feel not that scar anymore. It give me confidence of perform in frount everyone and this time the POP show I was not scar at it. I was ready for the final show. and now the show was DONE and i had a great time of doing this POP show.
Over all the POP was  successful because every done a GREAT job and they doing their parts of the show and remember what should they perform. I was not stressful at all because i was ready for the show because i was not scar any more^^ i am happy that our teacher let us perform the show and let everyone know that we do fells hurt we also has the feeling of people treat us and during the show we had SPEAK OUT to the people and let them knows.

OSHO- GREAT JAPANESE FOOD

OSHO is a Japanese restaurant at Millbrace which  where I lived in. My mom, grandmom, and I went to OSHO and having lunch. This Japanese restaurant has many American came and they like the food also a lot of Japanese come to have lunch or dinner too. Japanese like the food because it tasted fresh just like they were in Japan. More and more Japanese restaurant in America and more and more Japanese come to America for jobs, education, and having vacation too. They want American to eat Japanese food and let them know about Japanese food.
I also knows that in our school we have a Japanese restaurant it is call Sushigo. I had been to that place and saw many students buy the food there.  and  i saw a lot American buy the japanese food. Me, I also had buy the food there but I dont like it that much because they made the food looks bad and tasted not so good. the sushi is okay but the rice bow and the noodle are not tasted good. they made the food looks like not japanese food and tasted it different way. i dont know why they make it different. I order the chicken teriyaki and when I first look at it i was thinking "is it a chicken teriyaki?" because it looks very bad. the chicken doesn't look like a chicken teryaki. they cut into very slices and tasted it very dry. and made it very american way of the tasted. that is why i dont really like it.
So if you ever visted to Millbrae, you should come to Osho and have a lunch or dinner overy ther. I bit you will love the food. The address is...

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is on November 25, 2010what is Thanksgiving???
when I first came to America and had the first Thanksgiving with my family at my cousin's house
On the Thanksgiving day, I ask my mommy what is Thansgiving about? is it to thanks someone and what do people eat on this day. However, my mommy had told me what is Thanksgiving really about. The Native Americans who survived were herded onto reservations, where they faced their own set of challenges. This form of apartheid separated Native Americans physically, socially, and economically from the world outside the reservation. Americans mark this holiday as an occasion to give thanks and gratitude for their perceived blessings, that benign and admirable purpose too often takes a back seat to what Thanksgiving has become. people will eat turkey Turkey Stuffing Mashed potatoes , Green bean casserole, Sweet potato pie, Cranberry sauceand Pumpkin pie. this is the food that I had ate at my cousin's house. My cousin rost the turkey and made all the foods. she is great cooker.
doesent it looks delicious  to you~~~
this is all made by my cousin, Michelle.

my mom told me that we are the Asian in American and we should celebrate this holiday.
